a Black owned sole-proprietorship. Based in Yellow Springs, Ohio, USA.
All artists are selected for their talent and kindness.

LIABILITY RELEASE
Customers of illi BRAND agree to take all reasonable steps to resolve
any disputes and ultimately release all liabilities in consideration to
illi BRAND products, visuals, purchases and similar collaborations.
WHAT IS illi BRAND’S POLICY ON CONFIDENTIALITY?
illi BRAND regards your personal information as sacred. We have a commitment
to providing you with safe, confidential, and encrypted service. To the
best of our technical ability, all of the apps, servers, and digital technology
utilized by illi BRAND stays within accordance of data protection regulations
within the US and EU (GDPR). Customer data is collected on the illi BRAND
website, via cookies. This data may be used in order to complete a customer
order. Or, to calculate online traffic on a particular day. Our validated
third-party programs are from companies such as Ecwid, Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube, Square, and MailChimp. We take your online security and privacy

HOW TO PURCHASE illi BRAND PRODUCTS ONLINE?
Most products in the illi BRAND catalog can be purchased online with any
major credit or debit card. Various types of Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin /
Etherium) are also accepted. A product is available if it displays “In
Stock”. Other products may be unavailable and “Out of Stock”. Please email
havefun@illiBRAND.com if you would like assistance shopping with us.
ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS
- "Add to Cart", this means the item is available for online purchase.
Note: each size option will have different availability.
- “Pre-order”, this is your invitation to reserve one (sometimes more)
of an item before its official release date.
Some pre-orders have a tentative release date, shown on the product page.
Other pre-orders are in a “goal format” where a certain funding amount
launches the product. When placing pre-order, you agree to wait until the
product is officially released to the market. Pre-orders generally can
not be cancelled, as they are used as resources to launch these products.
Purchasers will be notified of any delays in the tentative release dates.
If the pre-order item is not fully funded or needs to be cancelled, all
purchasers will receive a full refund within 2 weeks of the date of product
cancellation.
- HOW DO I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?
While on a product page in the online shop, input all required details
(size, quantity, etc.), then click “Add to Bag” or “Pre-Order”. This will
add the product(s) to your cart. You may add as many different products
to your cart as desired. When your shopping is finished, complete your
order by clicking “Go to Checkout” or, click the Shopping Cart (upper right).
You will be asked for your contact and shipping information. Your payment
information can be entered for a safe and encrypted transaction. You will
receive an order confirmation via email within moments. Your tracking number
will be emailed when your order has been packaged and prepped for shipment.
- WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?
illi BRAND works with Square (and they rock). All major payments platforms
accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay with
a valid billing address. Bitcoin and Etherium also commonly accepted.
Prepaid cards may be declined by merchant provider.
USPS Money Orders may be sent to our Mailing Address (illi BRAND, PO Box
420, Yellow Springs, OH, 45387)
- HOW DO I FIND OR SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
The illi BRAND online store has a search option at the top right of the
page. Click on the Magnifying Glass to open the text area and type the
item you are looking for. You may also email us at havefun@illiBRAND.com
- CREATE AN ACCOUNT / VIEW ORDER HISTORY
You can create an account using the links at the bottom of the online
store. Click on “My Account”. Enter your Email Address and click “Get Sign-In
Link”. Follow the prompts in the resulting email. With an online account,
you can see all your previous purchases, easily track orders, update your
contact information, and put your favorite items in a Save List.

- WHAT SALES TAX WILL I BE CHARGED?
illi BRAND is currently covering ALL tax and shipping fees - on items
shipped within the continental United States. Go wild ;)
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
illi BRAND is proud to utilize USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping. Expect
a quick and successful delivery! If you need to change your shipping address,
please email havefun@illiBRAND.com. If you need to change your shipping
address and your order status has changed to “Shipped,” you will be responsible
for the cost of a new label (usually $10 to $30). Addresses cannot be modified
after the order has been transferred to the USPS. You may follow your Tracking
Number to keep posted on the location of your order during transit.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SENT?
If you have not received a Tracking Number via email; your order is still
in processing. You may use available Tracking Numbers to locate your order
during transit.
If you have created an illi BRAND account, you can check the status of
your orders, check tracking, see order history, and your favorite products.
You can create an account or log-in, using the links at the bottom of the

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
illi BRAND offers FREE 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail Shipping within the
United States.
- Priority Shipping (2 to 3 business days, continental states).
- Overnight Delivery (1-2 business days, continental states): Orders over
$1,000 receive complimentary overnight delivery when product is in stock
and available.
- Orders outside of the United States are shipped through USPS. The customer
will pay for all (or part) of international shipping charge.
Deliveries go out on Fridays. We will make all reasonable efforts to package
all orders within 3 days of purchase. Please note that illi BRAND does
not offer any guarantee on shipping time; nor any refunds to due shipping
duration. Custom products will incur longer production times; which will
be disclosed before purchase.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE, RETURN, OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS / ORDER?
All orders and pre-orders may be canceled and refunded within 24 hours
of purchase. Outside of (after) 24 hours from purchase, all order cancellations,
refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of illi BRAND. Things move
fast here; the butterfly effect is real; 24 hours is the operating window,
no exceptions. Most exchanges are approved if original purchase is unopened
or in unworn/original condition. Customer will be responsible for the shipping
fee of returned products (usually $10-30). Please feel welcomed to contact
us regarding cancellations, refunds, or exchanges - as most requests can

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

a short description and a photo for each issue.
COLORS ON MONITORS MAY DIFFER FROM PRODUCT COLORS
The colors on your monitor (and our monitor for that matter) may differ
from the colors on our actual products. We use color correcting on our
product photography. Our signature "illi BLUE" is #0199e6 - all product
photography attempts to capture this color correctly.
HOW CAN I FIND AN illi BRAND PHYSICAL STORE?
illi BRAND is primarily online. However, if you type “illi BRAND” into
Google, you may find several retail stores that carry our creations. The
first illi BRAND store location is slated for 2025.
HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM PRODUCT FROM illi BRAND?
Your custom product begins with a consultation; a chat where we talk about
your goals and what piece you want to represent you. This cost of the Custom
Product consultation is $123.45 - Following the consultation, you will
receive a product proposal that details the appearance, timelines and cost
of your custom piece. You may request changes, or approve the project at
this point. Changes may be requested after you approve the project design,
but they will be at the discretion of the artist working on your piece.
illi BRAND takes enormous pride in creating one-of-one pieces that compliment
the unique abilities of those who wear them - we love to see our work shine
as brightly as the stars that wear them.
Please note, not all projects will be approved. Payment is due in full.
Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Understand that illi BRAND
will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the client is adequately
satisfied with the final art piece; with respect to the fact that many
pieces are hand crafted, which may be evident in finished products. Wabi-Sabi
(beauty of imperfection) is one of the effects that creates magic around
our custom pieces; they are truly one of one. No refunds.
WILL YOU GIFT-WRAP MY ORDER?
Higher tier products (over $1-2k) generally come with gift wrapping or
a commemorative box. Most other products are sent in protective wrapping;
nothing to write home about, as they say.
WHERE ARE illi BRAND PRODUCTS CREATED?
Most of our work is created in a modest yet bustling production facility
in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Many pieces are also taken home by the artists.
Case in point, the first illi MURAL BELT, took over three months to create.
By the final pass, that belt had seen ever living room table, art easel,
computer desk in the house.
About Garment Sourcing: illi BRAND will source its garments from a variety
of distributors during the initial 1-3 years. Any of the high-quality blank
manufacturers may be seen. If there are brands that you prefer that we
do not work with; please send that information (and reasons why) to havefun@illiBRAND.com;
we will take your voice into full consideration. We understand that garment
manufacturing and luxury goods production can be a touchy subject at times.
As illi BRAND grows, we aim to find the most sustainable and earth-friendly
ways to create our artwork.
illi BRAND does not rely on million dollar production houses to make million
dollar art. Our artists are often those with talents that far exceed their
reputations. That is the beauty of our stage. illi BRAND finds talent and
direct it into incredible places for the world to enjoy. Follow our journey

HOW DO I REPAIR AN illi BRAND PRODUCT?
Please message havefun@illiBRAND.com - include a photo of your product
and a short description of the issue. illi BRAND will replace all products
that are damaged due to defects. Repairs and Exchanges only. No refunds.
Some damage is covered, due to manufacturing defects. Most damage is not
covered and the customer will incur a full or partial replacement fee.
Most Custom Products will be repaired either for Free, or at equal cost
of the repair (and no more). In these cases, the artist will take a look
at the photos and short description that you submit, in order to assess
the scope of work required in the repair.
HOW CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT?
You can create a private appointment by purchasing a Custom Product for
$123.45 - illi BRAND will contact you to schedule the Consultation for
your Custom Product. At which point you may request a private appointment.
